Building a great business plan is one thing. Executing it month after month, while running everything else, is another. Monthly Mentoring is the engagement that bridges that gap. A senior thinking partner who walks alongside you as you implement, refine and adapt the plan you have built.

This is not a fixed agenda or a structured programme. It is a flexible monthly engagement shaped around what you are actually facing: the decisions in front of you, the issues coming around the corner, the conversations you need to think through with someone who has seen this before.

Who can access this

Monthly Mentoring is available only to clients who have completed the Strategic Business Planning training. The training builds the foundation. Monthly Mentoring is the ongoing partnership that keeps the plan moving. The work would not have the same depth or pace without the foundation underneath it.
