The programme is delivered in three structured phases over six months. Each phase builds on the last, moving from strategic capability through operational capability to embedded performance management.

Weeks 1 to 4 | Weekly sessions
Personal and business vision, strategy, structure and culture. Objectives and critical success factors. Business diagnostic interpretation. Setting the strategic direction that puts you on the path to where you want to go.
Phase 2
Operational capability
Weeks 5 to 8 | Weekly sessions
Products and services, marketing and sales, finance, people, systems and processes. Key performance indicators that measure what matters. Translating the strategy into the practical work that delivers it.
Phase 3
Performance management
Months 3 to 6 | Fortnightly sessions
Embedded performance management coaching. Three-way financial forecasting to support monitoring. Ongoing review of capability application and business growth outcomes against agreed targets.
