A one page strategy framework.
A clear playbook of “do this, not that.”

Timeframe: 2 x 90-min sessions (within 2 weeks).
Step 3: Structure
What it is: We align roles, systems, and rhythms to your strategy and vision.
Why it matters: A plan without structure collapses. When roles are clear and systems are aligned, growth becomes consistent and you stop being the bottleneck.

Defined roles and responsibilities.

Timeframe: 4 weeks of structured work.
